Weatherford Carports (weatherfordcarports.com) is operated by Half Hitch Systems LLC. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit a request, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email (optional), town, the service you need and your project notes. If you call, our call-tracking provider records the call, the phone number you called from, and the time, so we can route your call and confirm service quality.

How we use it

We use your information to send your request to one independent local carport installer who serves your area, and to follow up on your request. That company pays us for the introduction. We send each request to one company only, and we never share it with advertisers or lead lists.

Who we share it with

The independent local carport installer we connect you with, and the service providers that run this website, our form storage and our call tracking. They may use it only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for up to 24 months so we can resolve questions about a project, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
